Welcome to our village web site. We are two small adjacent villages within the same Parish, about five miles from King's Lynn in Eastern England.
Please browse the index in the side bar, (on a mobile phone click on the three horizontal bars at the top of the page), for an overview of what is on the site. Clicking on a downwards facing arrow will open the menu further and reveal more pages. If you cannot find what you may be looking for use the search box at the top right of each page.
This year will mark the 80th anniversaries of VE and VJ Day on 8 May and 15 August respectively
To mark the occasions Norfolk County Council is offering communities the chance to close their road free of charge for celebrations.
The anniversaries this year will be a time for reflection and celebration, and an opportunity for the nation to come together to honour and pay tribute to those that lived through and served during Second World War. The days will mark the end of World War II in Europe (VE Day) and Japan surrendering in the Far East, officially marking the end of the Second World War (VJ Day)
