AUTOMATED LIBRARY SERVICES - for example book renewals - telephone 0344 800 8006 or go to www.norfolk.gov.uk/libraries (You will require your e-mail address and your password to use this service)
OPEN LIBRARIES SERVICE - this allows customers a wider access to library materials, public computers etc. even when the library is unstaffed.
However, the system is not available in all of Norfolk's libraries. At present (December 2018) the nearest libraries operating the system are at Gaywood, Dersingham, Swaffham and Fakenham.
THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
You will need to register to use the library during unstaffed hours by talking to a member of staff at the library. You can also find out more by phoning 01603 774777. Check the latest information here
WiFi. Free public WiFi access is available at all of Norfolk libraries. The network will show on your list of available networks as NCC_Library_Wifi.
When you have linked to the network, you will need to log on using your library membership number and PIN in order to browse the Internet.
Logging on implies acceptance of the Norfolk County Council Terms and Conditions.

If you just need to drop a book off out of hours, at either King's Lynn or Gaywood, use the letterbox to the right of the main entrance. Please make sure that books drop into the box completely and aren’t left sticking out.

THE HOME LIBRARY SERVICE
This service is run in partnership with the WRVS. The service is delivered by volunteers to help older people to remain independent and to get more out of life.
