Anyone concerned about possible rogue trader activity in Norfolk can contact Trading Standards through the Citizens Advice consumer helpline via their online reporting form or by telephone on 03454 04 05 06.

This is a newsletter from Norfolk County Council Trading Standards for the Consumer and Community Champions Scheme, providing advice to consumers.
The Consumer Champion network is an initiative from Trading Standards to reach out to Norfolk residents to build resilience against rogue traders and scams and ensure people can access their consumer rights.

Norfolk County Council has a TRUSTED TRADER directory. This lists tradespeople who have been checked by Trading Standards and recommended by customers. Click to find a Trusted Trader
All those traders listed have public liability insurance and have been checked for solvency and trading history.
There are a wide range of traders listed and the directory now includes services like home care, cleaning, night sitting, respite care and so on.
All listed personnel or health care providers have been subject to Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) procedures; this was previously known as CRB checks.
