21/00262/FM – The Wellness Resort Project - This is still outstanding with the Parish Council to finally agreeing a response

21/00349/LDE – Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for use of a dwelling house at Vawser House, Ashwichen Road.
Parish Council have ruled that they are not qualified to make a decision on this
and will abide by the Borough Council Planners ruling
