and East Winch with West Bilney He was previously Vicar of St Luke's Abbottabad, Diocese of Peshawar in the Church of Pakistan. Riaz was licensed by the Bishop of Norwich on Thursday 3 April 2014 in the chapel at Bishop's House. The Bishop of Lynn led a service of welcome. On Sunday 6 April 2014, Rev.
